Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan had a conversation with CNBC in a recent interview, and he told that he hopes the device will be out by the end of 2017.
So we can assume that Razer has confirmed that a mobile device for gamers is coming.

Razer has many fanboys which might be excited about their new gaming smartphone. After acquiring Nextbit, there were a lot of speculation and rumors were surrounded by the Razers new Smartphone, though the rumors were dismissed rather quickly.
though it’s important to keep in mind that nowhere in Razer’s confirmation is the word “smartphone” used.
As we all know that smartphone market has a great potential and till now there is no smartphone brand which is prioritizing gaming device, so Razer’s move on gaming smartphone would be great.
