After having a success with CS1311 a budget SSD PNY has released the CS1311B. These units are available in two formats, 128 GB and 256 GB and are based on 3D TLC-NAND flash memory from Micron Technology.
The 128 GB model has sequential transfer speeds of up to 510 MB/s reads with up to 410 MB/s writes.

The 256 GB does 560 MB/s sequential reads, and up to 510 MB/s writes.
CS1311 used Toshiba 15nm TLC NAND with three-year warranty.
CS1311B used Micron technology 3D TLC-NAND flash memory .
