This is the in-depth comparison of Snapdragon 660, 636 and Helio P60 with the lastest renamed Snapdragon 710. Snapdragon 670 is renamed as Snapdragon 710 by Qualcomm.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 was rumored to launch the second quarter this year as a downgraded version of the Snapdragon 845, but now it has come to our knowledge that Qualcomm is re-branding the Snapdragon 670 as the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710.
There are leaks surrounding in the internet that the Snapdragon 710 will be a Chinese market exclusive and will come with not one but two Xiaomi Devices “Codename- 1-Comet, 2-Sirius”.
About Qualcomm Snapdragon 710
Qualcomm has announced its most powerful midrange chipset on May 23 which is an octa-core chip with two 2.2GHz ARM Cortex-A75 performance cores and six 1.7GHz ARM Cortex-A55 efficiency cores.
Snapdragon 710 has a custom-made Kryo 360 CPU, Qualcomm has promised that Kryo 360 will boost the performance of SD 710 by 20%, web browsing will be 25% faster, and the app will load by 15% faster as compared to the Snapdragon 660.
Snapdragon 710 will be built on the 10nm process, putting it on the same hardware level as the much more efficient higher-end CPUs like the Snapdragon 835.
Snapdragon 710 will be based on 10nm fabrication process similar to the flagship Snapdragon 845 or Samsung’s Exynos 9810.
